These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ResellerScore™ (also operating as ValorReventa™) website and application (the "Service"), operated by ResellerScore ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
ResellerScore is a tool that uses artificial intelligence to identify resale items from photos and provide estimated resale values, profit estimates, and a ResellerScore™ to help you make purchasing and listing decisions. The Service is provided for informational purposes to assist your own judgment.
Estimates are not guarantees
Resale values, profit estimates, and ResellerScores™ are estimates generated from available data and automated analysis. They are not guarantees of actual sale price, profit, demand, or authenticity. Market prices vary and the data we rely on may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for your buying, pricing, and selling decisions, and you should independently verify information before relying on it. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from decisions made using the Service.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
Subscriptions, trials, and billing
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Paid plans and any free-trial terms are described at the point of sign-up. By starting a subscription you authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge the applicable recurring fee to your payment method until you cancel.
- If you start a free trial, you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from within the app.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We may change pricing on a going-forward basis; we will give notice of material changes before they apply to you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe anyone's rights;
- Upload content you do not have the right to upload, or that is illegal or harmful;
- Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
Your content
You retain ownership of the photos and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and use that content as needed to operate and improve the Service, including processing images through third-party AI providers to generate estimates. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that estimates will be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResellerScore and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that state, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
